Friday.... yay!
Well Autumn has been doing VERY good with her diet and exercise! I'm very proud of her!
I need to get to the Dr. so I can weigh in. I planned on doing it today, but the car situation didn't work out.

We didn't have internet yesterday, so I was unable to post.
Brunch: 2 fried eggs with dry toast and a sprinkle of cheese
Snack: coffee latte , 2 small banana cookies
Dinner: 1 grilled hamburger with ketchup no cheese
scoop of mashed tatoes no gravy
2 bites of steak
Snack: bad..... went to Steak N Shake and had a dark chocolate shake.
funny thing.... didn't enjoy it!


Today..... so far.......
Brunch: 3 bites of a banana (shared with Ash)
6 animal crackers
1 banana cookie
Jeremy's leftover Chinese food.... 2 broccoli pieces
1 breaded shrimp
some pork pieces
4 forks of fried rice

dinner soon..... I want Sams pizza....... will probably grill out a pork chop instead!

yep... dinner.....
1 grilled pork chop with a touch of bbq sauce.
mashed potatoes
pepsi


snack with Ash
2 small banana cookies
1 small strawberry cookie
small amount of milk

8 of these animal crackers I bought Ash have 60 calories....... 8 from fat....... but to me they are worth it. They are crunchy like chips, they take awhile to eat, and they are filling.
Plus they take longer to eat if sharing with a 1 1/2 year old. First you have to put them in cars and push them around a bit, then they go for a walk on the bed, get pushed in cars some more.... then we start eating a few. This can go on for over 40 minutes!
