Today, is the first day of my weight blog. I am doing this with my daughter, so we can keep each other motivated....(silently laughs in her head, as did my daughter!) We will see how this goes. I will be posting how much weight I have lost, what I have been doing each day working out wise, and what I've been eating. So yeah. Friday I will stop in the doctors office for a weigh in and blood pressure check
Today I didn't start, so lets review what I wont be eating like in the future.

snack
2 dreamcycles...... I did share with my grandson!
dinner.......
haven't had yet........ but it will be bad!
